Digital Products

At Calricon, we exclusively sell digital products, software, and downloadable assets.

Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and downloaded.

All sales are final. Please review the product description, requirements, and previews carefully before making your purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or exchange under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The digital file is fundamentally flawed, corrupted, or completely unusable.
• The product completely fails to match the description provided on the sales page.

If you believe you qualify for an exception, you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase with detailed information and proof of the issue.
